1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zerpio ("Service"), operated at getzerpio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Zerpio is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to Google Search Console to analyze SEO performance and generate AI-powered recommendations including title rewrites, content gap analysis, and cannibalization detection. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and is subject to change.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. Initial Audit and Subscriptions

Initial audit: Each site is eligible for one free initial audit. This is a limited trial and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

Paid subscriptions: Continued access to reports requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

5. Google Search Console Integration

By connecting a GSC property, you authorize Zerpio to access your Search Console data in read-only mode. You represent that you have the right to connect any property you add. You may revoke access at any time via Google account settings or by disconnecting the site within Zerpio.

6. AI-Generated Content

Reports and recommendations are generated using AI and are provided for informational purposes only. AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to implement any suggestions. Zerpio makes no guarantees regarding SEO outcomes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use the Service to process data belonging to others without authorization
Abuse the initial audit by running it through multiple accounts on the same property

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Zerpio and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. You grant Zerpio a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ZERPIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC SEO RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERPIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
